Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions made through the ContainerCloudx platform located at containercloudx.com. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any payment.
1. Scope of Application
These Payment Terms apply to all users who access paid features, purchase subscriptions, enroll in webinars, or acquire any other products or services offered through the ContainerCloudx platform. They form part of the broader agreement between you and ContainerCloudx and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
ContainerCloudx accepts payment through the following methods:
- Major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard
- Electronic payment systems supported by our payment processor
- Bank transfers where explicitly offered during checkout
- Any additional payment methods displayed at the time of purchase
All payment methods are subject to verification and availability. ContainerCloudx reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Currency
3.1 Displayed Prices
All prices displayed on the platform are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the point of sale. ContainerCloudx reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3.2 Currency Conversion
If your payment method operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate and additional fees. ContainerCloudx is not responsible for any currency conversion charges or exchange rate differences applied by third parties.
3.3 Promotional Pricing
Discounts, promotional rates, and special offers are valid only for the period and under the conditions specified at the time of the promotion. They cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
4. Billing and Payment Processing
4.1 One-Time Payments
For single purchases such as individual webinar registrations or one-time access products, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased content or service is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
4.2 Subscription Billing
Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of enrollment. By subscribing, you authorize ContainerCloudx or its payment processor to charge your designated payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, ContainerCloudx may attempt to process the charge again within a reasonable period. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your access to paid services may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
5. Taxes and Additional Charges
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your location. Where ContainerCloudx is legally required to collect taxes, these will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are a business entity eligible for tax exemption, you must provide valid documentation before completing your purchase.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the purchased content or service has not been substantially accessed or consumed. Refunds for subscription plans are considered only for the most recent billing period and are not available for partial periods.
6.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed live webinars or sessions that have already taken place
- Digital downloads or materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Promotional or discounted purchases where the offer terms explicitly exclude refunds
- Subscription fees for periods already elapsed beyond the refund window
6.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@containercloudx.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Subscription Management
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date, and no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
7.2 Upgrades and Downgrades
If you change your subscription plan, the new rate will apply from the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Upgrading mid-cycle may result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period. Downgrading mid-cycle will not result in a partial refund for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.
7.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a notification prior to renewal where required. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription preferences to avoid unwanted charges.
8. Payment Security
All payment transactions on the ContainerCloudx platform are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways. ContainerCloudx does not store your full card details on its servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable data security standards. Despite these measures, no transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and you use the platform at your own discretion.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect charge has been made to your account, contact us immediately at info@containercloudx.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate the matter promptly and work toward a resolution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
10. Changes to Payment Terms
ContainerCloudx reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes affecting active subscriptions, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
